"The Grand is a nice property. Very quiet and clean with a friendly staff. Appreciate the urn of ice water available in the lobby. It's well situated downtown. Very happy with my room. The bed was huge! The room did get a bit stuffy at night even with the ceiling fan. Excellent water pressure in the shower. Very much enjoyed my short stay. Visited family so definitely staying at The Grand again. "

"Hidden gem and great for traveling families, truckers, and those who are road weary. Great green areas for pets and wonderful owners and management. They should be fully booked given the kitchenette, spacious rooms, picnic table, nature view and quiet. Better than some places that are double the price in Denton, Sanger and Grapevine. You won't regret it!"

"The lodge and lake are beautiful; our room was perfectly clean if just a bit barren. That may be my fault that I didn't request safety measures. Even with the holiday activity, our room didn't get much noise. This was a fun choice. I would book there again."

"As far as the “area” around the property, in all fairness to Sanger Inn, there is a LOT of highway construction going on AND a lot of new businesses moving close by. I had a room to the front of the property and could hear the traffic on one of the busiest highways. (i35-North to OK). It didn’t really bother me but if you are a light sleeper, request a room to the back, further away from the noise of the traffic. For the cost, I had a very pleasant stay. Clean. Staff super accommodating/nice. If...

"I have stayed here many times. I came up for my daughter’s college graduation. Once again I was pleased. The room was great and provided a nice sized refrigerator and a coffee pot! I’ll be back to stay next time I’m in Denton. "
