"I found the hotel was very handy with the 24 hour desk especially as flight was delayed and missed the last train to Lucca and had to get a taxi. Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and airy. Would highly recommend"

"Very comfortable stay and very accommodating staff!! Thank you"

"Love it. This is my 2nd time here and I had a great time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved the room. The breakfast was good. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Great place! Quiet. Comfortable."

"Very nice stay - we will definitely be back."

"We stayed for one night and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent, with an easy walk into the historic centre while still being in a quieter area. Parking was simple and convenient, which was a big plus. Our room had a balcony that we enjoyed, the air conditioning worked exceptionally well, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again on a future visit to Lucca."

"The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Overall pleasant experience."

"Roberta is so helpful throughout our stay. She drove us to the bus stop when we couldn’t get a taxi. Their saying is “come as a tourist, go as a friend” is definitely true. We highly recommend Il Linchetto and it is 10 stars out of 5."

"Loved the hotel, staff was wonderful, room was super clean, everything worked fine, and daily breakfasts were plentiful and varied and delicious. Outdoor dining and patio were nice. Location is great, on-street parking was a prior concern but not at all a problem for our entire stay. Highly recommend!"

"It was the worst hotel we ever have stayed. Air conditioner did not work. The manager, a pretty rude old woman, just said: open the windows. Don't come here. Even for free."

"It was a beautiful property and location. I’d definitely go back. Barbara, Julien and Dad were the most wonderful hosts. Thank you!"

"If you're looking for a place to stay to explore Lucca, this is an excellent choice. A clean and comfortable place just a 5 minutes walk from The Wall and great price. Be sure to confirm that breakfast is included at this B&B - ours was not."

"Good accommodation for trnasit, however the breackfest booked separately was awful. I do not recommend the breakfest here."

"This was a wonderful place to stay. The hostess was exceptionally friendly and available at any time to help. I had a wonderful experience here. Wish I could give it more stars. Next time I'm in the area, this is my go-to spot! "

"Wonderful staff, good breakfast, nice room and spacious bathroom (with a tiny shower). I would have given 5 stars, except for the AC which I was unable to configure reliably. "
