Large country house near Lucca with private pool

"A historic Tuscan villa with breathtaking views of the hills, no neighbors, and plenty of seclusion and privacy. Sure, it can get a bit hot in the summer, but every room has a floor fan. Outside, there’s plenty of space for dinner under the awning, along with a grill and a pizza oven, and two huge trees provide pleasant shade. The manager, Manuela, is very kind and always happy to offer advice—don’t hesitate to ask her about the best pizza in town🥰 It’s conveniently located between Florence and Pisa, so you can visit both on different days. We even went to Portofino. Of course, you’ll need a car to get around easily to shops and the surrounding area. Many people complain about the road near the villa, but if you’re a confident driver, it won’t be a problem. There were no mosquitoes. There were 18 of us, and there was plenty of space. The best part was having candlelit dinners in the courtyard. Antique furniture inside, views of the Tuscan hills from the windows—if you’re looking for a place with soul, this is the place for you♥️"

"Beautiful peaceful location but only 20 minutes from Lucca, very friendly staff and delicious breakfast. Room spacious and comfortable with a great view. Swimming pool great a really relaxing stay. Restaurant next door also very good food 😊"

"This property is so special. After a long day of travel, I must say, when I pulled up to the villa and stepped out of the car, the views, the home, and the property took my breath away. They’re better than the photographs, which feels like a rarity these days. The home has been lovingly restored. High end finishes and appliances. Immaculate. Gorgeous pool. The grounds are lovingly manicured. Dario and Monica were a joy to work with and went above and beyond at every turn.Very family friendly stay as well. A terrific family vacation we won’t soon forget."

"We hebben ontzettend genoten van het mooie uitzicht, de fantastische file met een goed uitgerust keuken, heerlijke bedden, ontzettend schoon, veel ruimte.Gelukkig heeft de villa airco’s, hoewel die veel lawaai maken, komen ze goed van pas met de zomerse hitte.We zouden absoluut bij de volgende gelegenheid weer terugkomen. Heerlijk gewoon."

"Die Übergabe des Hauses verlief reibungslos. Das Haus entsprach den Erwartungen und der Beschreibung aus dem Internetauftritt. Die Gastgeberin antwortete schnell und freundlich auf unsere Fragen. Die Aussicht auf das Lucca-Tal war hervorragend. Auch führen Wanderwege am Haus vorbei und waren für uns mit zwei Hunden wundervolle Gassirunden. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist teilweise unbefestigt und sollte nicht mit Sportwagen befahren werden.Zusammengefasst kann ich die Unterkunft für Familien und Hundebesitzer sehr empfehlen. Auch der Preis ist dementsprechend angemessen."

"This property was phenomenal - we had a big group of friends and two young children staying and it had everything we needed (and more). The pool was clean, the kitchen was well stocked and all the bedrooms were comfortable and well furnished. A few of our group also worked remotely from the villa and were able to do so easily. The host (Elisa) was amazing - she was very responsive, extremely helpful and clearly cared about making sure we had the best stay possible. I would recommend this villa time and time again and look forward to hopefully coming here one day soon!"
