"Room was clean, beds comfortable We had an issue with hot water as a pipe had burst in hotel grounds, so unable to shower etc, Absolutely no contact from management for an explanation, I rang reception to be informed they were aware & an engineer was working on it, after approx 15 hrs our water came back on, Spoke to hotel manager at reception who said no compensation or offer of goodwill for the inconvenience, The line to customer service at reception was long during the day, as no announcements or updates were made, Very poor service from management, On Thursday 9th April, there was going to be more problems at hotel as engineers were again looking into the fault, but there was a notice stuck up in Lift to make customers aware"

"Customer service from the front desk is lacking. Two ladies were at the front desk looking at their computer screens and I could hear them suggesting for the other to help me so that ruined my 1st impression of the hotel.They both look annoyed to be working. The room felt dingy, beds were uncomfy with only 1 pillow for each twin bed. The coffee machine and washing machines were in bad condition and looked dirty. Barely any water pressure in the showers. Overall exp was not good but we did enjoy the space for a a family of 4 which was 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Also, no housekeeping and tiny tubes of shampoo/conditioner and bar of soap so bring your own toiletries."

"The food was great, the staff were kind and knowledgeable, the hotel it self was impeccable. I would stay again if I could afford it. The pool was nice but the water was cold and the hot tub was nice but too hot. Other than that it was a very nice stay. I would recommend this one 5 🌟 The location was perfect, close to everything ."

"Could improve the overall quality of the hotel, there’s not that much space in the rooms for hanging, storage or seating. Laundry room didn’t soap and staff didn’t do anything about it. Nobody answer the phone for us to check out at 2 am."
