" The staff was amazing! Jam, Jenna, Jackson and Matt were some of the friendliest and helpful I’ve ever met! These guys are super stars! Thank you! The property is amazing and decorated perfectly! It’s truly stunning. The room was clean and neat and every amenity worked as it should. It was a joy staying in such a well manicured facility. The only negative to this stay was the water temperature. I’m not sure if they were having difficulties or the water heater isn’t big enough but the temperature in the shower or tub never got above luke warm at any time. I spoke to a few other guests on my floor and they said the same thing. It’s not a deal-breaker by any stretch but after a long day of walking and playing it’d be nice to take a hot shower. "

"Nice rooms and work out facilities. Rooms have huge showers and ours had nice large windows as well. Very walkable to downtown Asheville. Don't mind the valet parking but it was very expensive. I think the site showed $30 per night but we were charged $40 per night. "
