"San Vito is a must visit place. This property was ok. Not really like it shows in the pics (taken when it was built). Currently it needs a revamp as there are obvious signs of wear and tear. But the price was ok for what it is. Located 5-8 mins walk from the beach. We were giving a parking permit to park on the street. Communication was good, however punctuality was missing on checking as I waited for 40mins for someone to show up with keys. "

The apartment was cute and comfortable to stay at, however it needs a little TLC as the bathroom could use some renovating and some beds were very hard to sleep on. "Spent 2 weeks in SAN Vito Lo Capo staying in Giovanni beautiful Property. On arriving in Sicily Giovanni sent a text to let us know how to get there and met us on arrival. He showed us around the property explaining everything in full. His communication was always prompt. We loved staying there, only a short 5 min walk to the beach. "The property is located in the country side with beautiful views. The host provides a family welcome to their family run farm. The kitchen is stocked with local pasta and olive oil made from the farm. You have open access to pick fresh herbs and fruit for your use. The facilities will require a car and specific directions from the host to find, as you are behind a shut gate for privacy. You may find the firm mattress to your liking and the occasional dog barking as a living in the Sicilian...

"Das Apartment war insgesamt toll und die Dachterrasse super. Leider war die Klimaanlage kaputt und wurde nicht repariert während unseres Aufenthaltes obwohl die Agentur Bescheid wusste. Die Ausstattung des Apartments ist nicht ausreichend - für theoretisch 6 Personen gibt es 4 Wassergläser, so etwas wie Weingläser, Schneidebrett oder ein scharfes Messer gab es nicht. Außerdem sehr wenig Stauraum um Dinge einzuräumen (in der Küche, im Bad, Schlafzimmer). Insgesamt aber sehr viel Platz und sauber....

It’s also in a terrific location - 5 mins to the port for island ferries, a nearby beach, great food options and shops. Really enjoyed our stay a happy to recommend it. "
