"Location: The house is located outside Castellamare and you will need a car to reach the beaches (which are spectacular, especially Riserva dello Zingaro, 15 mins by car) There are stores and cafe 2-3 mins driving and the center is only 5 mins driving. You cannot really walk anywhere from the house because there is no sidewalk and the road is pretty busy. "We found the villa to be clean and comfortable. It's located a short walk to the beach and convenient to Trapani and Erice. We used this as our base to explore western Sicily in late September, early October 2018. Isidoro, the owner, greeted us upon arrival and provided fresh fruit and some basic supplies. The garden was fantastic and the jasmine filled the yard with fragrance. Thank you Isidoro."

"Accueil chaleureux de la part de Giacomo et d' Anna qui ont pris le temps nécessaire pour nous expliquer tout ce que nous devions savoir sur notre séjour. Le cadre est extraordinaire entre mer et montagne, dans une résidence très calme. La plage magnifique est accessible à pieds en 10mn, Le village plus animé de San Vito est à 5 mn en voiture et permet entre autre de découvrir la parc naturel de Zingaro en bateau. "A light and clean apartment on the first floor of a small block, half a mile walk from the commercial and tourist centre. Basically furnished and lacking a few items an English visitor might expect such as a kettle and can opener. Salvatore was very helpful with requests although he did not speak any English so requests are best made via e-mail/text so that google can be used for translation! Check in a bit tricky as the first digits of his phone number are the same as the country code making it...

Perfect for families that just want to relax and keep kids entertained so many facilities and the guy was nice enough to say when we check out we are free to stay around at the pool and just hang out as we want for as long as we want. "Loved the feel of Azzoli apartments, interesting design, comfortable rooms and particularly fond of the roof terrace for breakfast each day and a place to relax of an afternoon or evening as an escape from the heat at street level. It’s also in a terrific location - 5 mins to the port for island ferries, a nearby beach, great food options and shops. Really enjoyed our stay a happy to recommend it. "
