"Loved the friendly staff, and fun decor!"

"Not so great. I booked this room because of the positive reviews. We had a Triple luxury suite. Overall the room was gloomy and not maintained. The cords to open/ close the drapes were broken and tangled on the floor. The carpet on the stairs was grimy. The two beds upstairs were comfortable but the single bed downstairs was uncomfortable and had a “well used” cover on it and we were invited to make it up with the linens in the closet. Breakfast was OK . Another positive …the windows when shut did a good job of silencing “ most” of the outside noise. Dissapointing."

"The main concern is the stairs to go to main bed. Extremely dangerous. There is a sofa bed down stairs but is super uncomfortable. Body towels were smelly to cigarettes. And there was a mouse in the kitchen and spiders in the toilet. I ask the owner if I can cancel second night because it was too dangerous to go upstairs and even worst with a toddler. The solution he gave me was not to go upstairs and use the sofa to sleep. Told him about the smelly towels, and said that i was lying. Definitely not recommending this place. First time that I made bad review on a stay."

"The hotel was undergoing renovations during our stay, so the exterior was not very appealing. We stayed on the first floor, and unfortunately the view from our window was disappointing—it overlooked a lower rooftop that had visible garbage. That said, the room itself was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the lounge was decent. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel, but a key drawback—at least for our room—was the unpleasant window view."

"The Aparthotel is ideally located for some of Paris’s great attractions such as the Pompidou Centre, Notre Dame, and L’ouvre Musée. There are a multitude of bars, restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Our room was clean, comfortable and equipped with sustainable toiletries and a great shower. The kitchen had hob, microwave, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery and cleaning materials. We’ve stayed before and we’ll stay again."

"Kind staff but the pumping and lack of AC really bugged me. In late April they still have the AC turned off so you have no control over the temp of your room. If you open the windows it’s extremely loud with the bars nearby. Also the toilet didn’t flush right. Lots of water came and went but paper and waste remains. I didn’t like having to look at it for a day until housekeeping came and somehow got it gone. Old building so the doors slam and it’s loud. They keep your key while you leave I really would have liked them to check ID not just have us say the room number to get keys each time. But it’s a safe neighborhood and controlled access so I would recommend it especially for solo travelers."
