"Everything about the Staybridge was 5 stars. However, I did have to give 4 stars because we had reserved a room with an accessible bathroom and when we arrived we were given a hearing accessible room without an accessible bathroom. We had to wait until the next day to be switched to the correct room. When you are traveling with a child in a wheelchair we depend on hotels having the accessible room we reserved available. No one seemed to know what happened. Other than that, it was clean, breakfast was great, the rooms were fresh and nice, beds were comfy, and the front desk staff was friendly. Very convenient location because we could walk to Knuckleheads and the Outlets as well as several restaurants. It would have been a perfect stay if we had gotten the correct room!"
