"We chose this property because of the advertised air conditioning and having a balcony so we could enjoy time on our trip while our 1 year old was sleeping. There was no air conditioning upon arriving, just two uninstalled units that were not working. The host got maintenance to add AC to the living room the next afternoon but the bedrooms were never fixed and I didn't want to spend time dealing with maintenance on our trip.
