"I went into my stay at the Luxor Hotel in Las Vegas with pretty low expectations after reading several reviews but I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. I actually really enjoyed the resort. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I especially want to highlight the overnight manager (a Black gentleman whose name I unfortunately can’t remember - I think it’s Tony Calloway). He was incredibly professional and truly went above and beyond to accommodate my family and I in the middle of the night. That level of care made a lasting impression. While the room decor is a bit dated, everything was very clean and well-maintained, which honestly matters more to me. Another big plus despite being a non-smoker, I found the cigarette smoke in the casino area to be very manageable and not overwhelming at all. Overall, my experience exceeded my expectations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again."

"Rooms clean, hotel was clean, what we didn’t like was they no longer have a checking counter you have to use a kiosk, and if you’re not from the USA , they never work. After assistance because the machine didn’t work we waited 30 mins for a key . This was at 730pm the hotel knew we booked rooms and still after getting help our rooms were still not ready so instead of the king room we booked it was 2 queens . If check in is at 4 and it’s three and a half hours later why wasn’t the room ready as promised? Just asking"

"Breakfast great.. lots of options.staff very friendly. Shout out to all staff members! Genesis (front desk) exceptional! She was extremely helpful in response to the tons of questions we had and to everyone else in the lobby. Her smooth multi tasking should be recognized! Shawn, the shuttle driver also went up and beyond expectations! Thank you for an exceptional stay!"
