"3 hour wait for a room and paid $15 more for upgrade. Bathroom floors not mopped and had previous dried something in the floor. My family won’t return. Over crowded lazy river and not enough inner tubes. Food court with new hours and employee said the website is not updated and food court had multiple places closed by 8pm and we had walked over a mile to get there!😖☹️😔"

"The staff was nice but we were surprised that our room did not have a useable mini refrigerator to use without having to pay a fee for it to be emptied as well as a microwave. Our room was very stark and did not look at all like the pictures. The bedroom was nicer but the living/kitchenette was just white walls. We had a great view in the Canyon tower. Be sure to bring your own sweetener for iced tea in the pool area as the bar oddly does not have sweetener. Out of 3 pools, 2 were open 2 days of our stay and only 1 pool open the remainder of the stay. Definitely a long walk to the strip and any places worth seeing. Nice pool area but very limited areas to enjoy."

"The room appears to be clean. However, I’m a bit allergic to the bedding as I felt very itchy for some reason. There’s no microwave and coffee maker, so we couldn’t make my own coffee in the morning. What a bummer. The bathroom towels are very old. Shampoo and conditioner are in a very tiny bottle. It’s a joke. The bathtub water and sink water don’t drain. Are you kidding me? Will never return. "

"Food and snacks in the hotel is expensive. There’s no place to fill up a water bottle."

"Staff was great, room was clean, bed was comfy. It’s a little more dated than described at booking. Definitely not newly renovated. Wish there had been a microwave, but atleast we had a mini fridge! "

"Resort fee for no resort amenities. If I knew the pool was closed I wouldn t have stayed here."

"Dirty, dark and terrible customer service. Everything is run down, filthy, broken or missing in the rooms. Housekeeping only comes sometimes. Even if you manage to get ahold of someone to request towels or anything else they won’t actually arrive. Text concierge doesn’t work and lines at front desk are ridiculous. I wouldn’t stay here again even if it was free. "

"Staff went the extra mile! I returned my rental car the night before rather than the next morning to make things easier for my very early morning flight departure. The staff had the hotel shuttle pick me up from the rental agency and return me to the hotel.....kudos!"
