"We had no tv our entire stay. Called guest services who said it would be fixed, but never was. The room didn’t look the cleanest and not kept up with very well. Was close/convenient for where we were going. "

"Upon arrival to the luxor the experience was a little challenging. Just checking in alone inwas charged $455 for resort and incidental fees. Only charges that were supposed to be accounted for is $225. Outside of the unexpected expenses the staff wasnt the friendliness. We did not receive any kind of warm greetings or directions towards our rooms. We wandered aimlessly until we finally found where we were supposed to be. The rest of the trip wasnt too unbearable overall not my best experience. This is my second trip to las vegas and first as well as last stay at the luxor. I was not impressed with my stay and overall was unsatisfied."

"The property is very nice and well-maintained. The staff is friendly, although I did not interact with them much. There are few activities at the hotel other than gambling. Thus, I would conclude that this is not the best choice for families with children."
