"Spacious,great location lovely complex"

"Almost everything was perfect. Great location with fantastic views, bed big and comfortable, overal the room was fantastic. Food was very good for a buffet with a huge choice that changed daily. Drinks are a reasonable price but limited beer choice, especially if you’re a bit fussy in that area. Only real negatives and to be aware of is very limited parking in the vicinity or at the hotel, nothing available when we arrived late at night and had to use a pay for car park 10 mins walk away, the hotel charges €20 per day and spaces are limited. Also the food at the pool bar was very mediocre. Overal fantastic quiet relaxing hotel with the best views in Tenerife. Highly recommend. "

"Overall we had a great stay. Initially we weren't very happy with the room but the staff was super helpful and friendly, especially Rita who checked us in. The property is clean, food at the buffet is varied and tasty, lots of healthy options. The Spa is wonderful. It is 21€ per day, but when the weather is bad it totally worth it. Entertainment for adults was nice, different musician every night. But it would have been nice to have it on for a bit longer than 10:30pm. Overall it was good though. What surprised me is that 2 of the 3 restaurants weren't included, and this isn't clear when booking. The bar is also not included, not even coffees... again this is misleading when booking. However, Rita kindly gave us a voucher for one of the a la carte restaurant, which was lovely. "

"Location of the apartment was amazing as was the view from the roof terrace but the apartment overall was very dated and badly in need of modernisation. The furniture was very tatty and stained and the rooftop facilities were very poor. Using the rooftop barbecue and utensils would have resulted in food poisoning as they were so dirty. The sun umbrella was wrecked even though the owner said it had been checked before our arrival resulting in us having to buy a sun shade as without it we couldn't stay on the terrace for more than half an hour at a time. Communication with the owners was great as they always replied to our request for an umbrella but its a pity they never fulfilled their promises. Overall this is an apartment with 5 star views, 5 star prices and 2/3 star facilities. "

"Overall, the hotel was good. The room was clean. Small maintenance is need, the lock on the patio doors didn’t work and the door to the room would intermittently fail to lock. The breakfast had good variety of food. Staff were friendly and helpful."
