"Almost everything was perfect. Great location with fantastic views, bed big and comfortable, overal the room was fantastic. Food was very good for a buffet with a huge choice that changed daily. Drinks are a reasonable price but limited beer choice, especially if you’re a bit fussy in that area. Only real negatives and to be aware of is very limited parking in the vicinity or at the hotel, nothing available when we arrived late at night and had to use a pay for car park 10 mins walk away, the hotel charges €20 per day and spaces are limited. Also the food at the pool bar was very mediocre. Overal fantastic quiet relaxing hotel with the best views in Tenerife. Highly recommend. "

"The Owners - Throughout the pre- booking process, Nick was very prompt and honest in answering enquiries. After the booking confirmation, we received very detailed instructions on all aspects of the stay. During the stay, he and the excellent villa-managers resolved issues to our satisfaction.Los Gigantes - Expanded massively over the years and now joined to the next resort. Excellent supermarkets and good value for money restaurants. Lots of cars and although everywhere except the harbour is free parking, you are lucky to find a parking space in town. Just about everywhere you walk there are ascents and descents which may be an issue for those with deteriorating mobility.The Villa - Very spacious and very well equipped for storage space, kitchen equipment and food preparation surfaces. There are villas above and although it was very quiet when we were there, but if the villas above are occupied by "lively" and inquisitive guests it might prove a problem. Pool area is very nice and definitely an afternoon and evening place. I am glad we paid for it to be heated. The choice of TV is a real bonus with loads of UK and sports channels. Sometimes it is difficult to park right outside the villa as people drive to view the cliffs, but there is always parking a little further down the hill.I would recommend this villa, maybe not for the full possible capacity of 8 people. "

"Lovely apartment with a fabulous west facing balcony that gets the sun nearly all day. There's a large sunshade if required. Really amazing views of harbour, sea and cliffs. The apartment has everything you need for a really comfortable stay. It was really super clean too. We loved it. Pool is just a few steps from apartment and it's a very comfortable temperature. Great location too - short walk to harbour, restaurants, bars, shops. Easy to get around island on the bus if you don't have a car. Found lots to do and would thoroughly recommend staying here. Felt safe and secure. Appreciated the wine and water left for our arrival. Thank you! "

"Good communication with host. Easy check in. Apartment clean with lovely outside space.never tire of the lovely views. Good location with restaurant and Lidl within walking distance, road back steep in places but good work out. Definitely would recommend."
