"This was our second visit to the resort. It is very clean and well maintained. Some of the rooms are older, but still nice. I used the tennis courts daily and they are in desperate need of new nets, there were large rips in both of them. The food and service were all excellent. The nightly shows are okay, it was the same shows a year later. The entertainment daily at the pool was very fun and engaging. Sari and Carlos did an excellent job hyping people up and getting people to participate. I wish there were more activities around tennis and pickleball."

"Was in a Privilege Master Suite oceanfront Rooftop. Room was very nice, yes there is work that needs done, mainly to the wooden doors, they are pretty beat up, my guess is from the amount of moisture in the room. all of the art that was in the room has been removed except for 1 piece which obviously has moisture damage to it. They do have dehumidifiers in the living and bedroom that needs to be emptied out several times a day, usually fills up within a few hours. Enjoyed the jacuzzi on the rooftop with the amazing view, used it every morning and a couple of evenings. The oceanfront pool is nice, had no complaints along with the pool outside of building 4 which is the oceanfront building. The only other pool we used is the Privilege pool. It definitely needs some work, and would suggest water shoes in that pool, a lot of loose gravel / sand which is what the walls and floor are made of. I was not impressed with the buffet but we ate at all of the restaurants except for the Mexican and they were all very good. Every morning at Privilege restaurant had the eggs benedict, along with a couple of items from their buffet. Would I return, yes, especially if they fixed the flooring of the Privilege pool. Oh and drinks, if your Privilege, you need to make sure to ask for the top shelf liquor if you want it, if not they will pour the cheap stuff."
