The view is breathtaking. The concierge, Armando is beyond amazing. Never have I had a concierge take as good care of our family as he did on our trip. The condo is very big and will accommodate a fairly large family.

My family and I ( party of 6) had an amazing time at the Okol Paraiso C6. The owner was very friendly and courteous. He was always available whenever we had a question. The concierge was amazing. Overall we had the best experience and will always come. You don't have to take my word, but book and experience it yourself. You will love it. Thank owner.

Edificio seguro con protecciones anti ciclonicas. Seria bueno que tuvieran planta electrica de emergencia, sufrimos el embate de un huracan categoria 2.

muy bueno

instalaciones fabulosas, impecable, la dinamica de la reserva )que aun no la entiendo bien) no permite comunicacion fluida, pasamos mucho trabajo para comunicarnos antes, llegamos el dia antes y aunque se comprendio que no podiamos reservar un dia antes, peroluego de 18 horas de viaje, con 3 niños no se nos permitio pasar a areas comunes al baño ni siguiera ver directamente donde nos ibamos a alojar, la seguridad se comprende que no les compete pero la licenciada que via telefonica nos paso, grosera falta de empatia. fuera de eso sin insidentes y muy satisfechos.

Una muy buena relación valor precio, instalaciones muy bien cuidadas, buena atención, hermosa playa a unos pasos. Buena ubiación entre Puerto Morelos y Playa del Carmen. No olviden rentar un automóvil, es indispensable.

Excelente relación valor/precio, el departamento impecable, con todo lo necesario para una cómoda estancia. La alberca con temperatura controlada. La playa a unos pasos. ¿Qué más se puede pedir? Ah, y muy buena atención por parte de Riviera Rentals. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.
