"The place is a rental property rather than a hotel. The host Carla was very friendly and responsive. The view was amazing. However, the property could use some serious work. There were holes on the wall, stains on the couch, splashes on the kitchen window shades, mold or stains on bathroom ceiling. The bathroom sink doesn’t work. "House was great. More than we needed but it's was great haveming the extra space. The views were amazing. Concierge was helpful. Was just disappointed that the pictures didn't match the landscaping. The landscaping was not managed and everything was dead. They back yard also had empty beer cans, pool equipment and full trash bags from pervious renters that were never cleaned up. The plastic pool cups were all full of mold and water. Besides that the house was clean and tidy"

"We had an amazing stay at Akua Ocean View Suites. The location with a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean is absolutely breathtaking. The scenery from the terrace is simply stunning. The suite itself is cozy, modern, very clean, and surprisingly spacious. Everything felt comfortable and thoughtfully designed. One of my favorite moments was in the morning — I watched beautiful birds from the terrace, including toucans! It made the experience feel truly special and unforgettable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with incredible ocean views."
