"The pool area was nice and stocked with towels. Just be sure to go early for the chair and umbrella rentals at the beach they fill up quick. Other than that a nice stay"

"I normally don’t judge hotels based on the service since the service everywhere has become so nonexistent, but the service here was truly outstanding. Everyone was helpful and respectful and professional. The room was cleaned and refreshed twice a day with chocolates offered at night. They even setup your pool chairs. Really well done. Except for the Ritz Carlton, the only place I’ve stayed recently that maintained the decorum one would expect of a serious hotel."

"Me and my husband went to Puerto Rico for the first to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and our stay at the La Concha did not disappoint! Everything about the facility was great, from check in to check out. They were doing some renovations to some of the common areas, like the adult only pool overlooking the ocean. That would've been great, but that didn't take a way from anything. The room was clean, grounds were clean, beach is absolutely beautiful, staff on the beach A+, food was good, location was prime."

Room was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. Pool music was great and swim up bar bartenders were great especially Efron. The lobby entertainment was on point. Overall an amazing experience!! Thank you, we will be back."

"The pool was huge and clean. Room was kept well and serviced daily. I was disappointed they did not offer any local fresh fruits only white people fruits were offered for breakfast- oranges, apples, honey dew that would have needed to be shipped into the island. Just weird"

Additionally, they were available to take calls for anything we needed. Having an included parking spot was AMAZING and we thoroughly enjoyed being in a gated community. The property was beautiful and I'd very much recommend to future travelers!"
