"Room was clean & well kept, plenty of off street parking & the room was comfortable and a good size. My room was upgraded which was a very pleasant surprise."

"Our stay was excellent. Right from check in until check out. We booked parking which was easy to find and easy to get your cases into the hotel. The room was a bit dated but it was immaculately clean, was a lovely size and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bar area was good and all the staff friendly. They had a happy hour between 5 and 6.30 where wine, beer and spirits were €8each. Ideal after a hard day exploring the lovely town of Launceston. We didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on that but it was always busy. Overall would definitely recommend this hotel for location, comfort and friendly staff. Thanks very much for making our stay in Launceston special."

"Check in was extremely disappointing. The twin room I had booked and paid extra for a month in advance was unavailable, so was given a single room next to main road. Traffic noisy all night. However I did get refund of extra payment. "

"Unfortunately the bedrooms were downstairs and the bathroom downstairs. Due to a medical condition I am not able to manage stairs and ended up sleeping on a very uncomfortable sofa. The unit was infested with insects, some of which were bed bugs."

"The garden was a very peaceful place to chill out. The bed was comfortable & the rooms were very clean. There are two off street parking areas which are close to the rooms. The shopping centre is a 2 minute walk to everything you may need."
