"Was a perfect stay. We were nervous of how far out from the city is was but there's a bus stop literally outside the door. We also had our own car and parking was easy. There's a small convience store as well for quick morning trips. Host commuticated great. Had no issues finding the place and checking in. "

"This was an ideal location for myself as I wanted somewhere quiet to stay and not be bothered by the noise of the City at night. The staff was friendly and spoke English (my German is poor). Has great transport links with a bus and a tram stop outside the building. As well as a Local shop with tin the building complex, for all you Groceries. The apartment was comfortable and came fully equipped if wanted to cook your own food. It also had a Laundry room, great to refresh for clothes if you are...

"Perfekt, mega freundliche Gastgeber!! Direkte Autobahnenanbindung nach München, ca20min bis zur Altstadt. Nettes ruhiges Dorf mit allem was man zum Leben braucht. Unterkunft hat alles was für einen schönen Urlaub nötig ist. "

"Der Gastgeber war EXTREM unfreundlich, in dem Raum war es schmutzig und miefig. Lüften konnte man nicht, der Fernseher ging nicht gescheit und die die Nachttischlampen sind nur Atrappe und es gibt kaum Handy Empfang aber dafür zu wenig Handtücher für Zwei!!!!!!"

"Excellent vacation rental. Much nicer than pictured. Mr Schmitt was a very gracious host. He had ready for us, in Engish, valuable information on train schedules, shopping and suggested sightseeing throughout south east Germany. The vacation house is in Moosach, 15 minutes to the train station, and 25 minutes by train to Munich Central Station. We would highly recommend anyone traveling to the Munich area to stay here. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in Germany."
