The rooms are cozy and spotlessly clean and the breakfast is exceptional for range of choice and quality. The location is great, a minute's walk from Plymouth Hoe front and the sea. . Highly recommended. "

"Clean, practical, with most things you need, an iron and hairdryer too. I would have liked to have had plant based milk cartons in my room instead of dairy though, so l could have enjoyed a cuppa in my room. Shower head is fixed to the wall too, making it difficult to shower properly. But otherwise all was good. Staff are very friendly but not enough of them on reception. Cafe is nice, again, vegan options not as obvious as I'd have liked. I spent ages trying to work that all out. Generally a nice stay though. "
