"I loved my stay at Barcelo Valencia. The hotel is lovely, the staff attentive and helpful and the location perfect. Right next to the riverbed/ park so it is an easy walk to centre of the city or the beach. The science centre/ oceanographic/ conference centre is right by the hotel. Lots of patisserie’s and restaurants nearby as well so easy to find a good place to eat. I had a great stay at this hotel, the room was spacious and the cleaning staff are excellent. I will definitely stay again. "

"Pluses: The hotel was very good overall and I would stay there again. There were excellent amenities nearby and it was very easy to get around. The rooms were very clean. Minuses: The shower leaked a lot in the first room which was a nuisance, but we were very happy with the second room. I gave less stars for the “staff & service” rating solely because the staff member who did our check-in was rather rude and abrupt in manner. Surely, if you are in a customer-facing role, you ought to keep things such as basic politeness in check. Other than that, the staff and service were fine."

"This hotel is located on the beach boardwalk. This is the best beach I visited in Spain. The taxi stop is right outside the hotel which was convenient. There are many restaurants located on the boardwalk but no shopping in the area. We had a beautiful spacious room with an ocean view. "
