"Great central location, short walk to city center outside ZTL. Staff is VERY accommodating. Rooms are decorated very opulently w. rich passimenterie & textiles, Murano glass chandelier & brass fixtures. Room and toilette are VERY large by EU standards! Happy hour complimentary snacks could almost serve as dinner. and breakfast is amazing. Omelettes, and eggs (fried or scrambled) made to order. Seriously one of the most opulent hotels we've ever stayed in, and we've traveled extensively.Not to mention the gorgeous views of the Tuscan countryside and Lake Tresamino. Fabulous stay!"

"I will stay in Cortana could not have been any better, we could not have picked a better hotel. The location is wonderful and right in the middle of the town. The rooms were clean and plenty of character and looked out with a fantastic view. The hotel staff were incredible, so friendly and helpful and even offered to send some belongings we left behind After checkout to us. We were travelling with kids and they accommodated our every need. I would 100% stay at this hotel again just based on the service we received. The actual building was really a bonus and the walk ability made our stay perfect! Great job hotel staff!!!!! "

"Villa Svetoni was the perfect stay in our favorite region of Italy—Tuscany. The rolling valleys and surrounding landscape were absolutely breathtaking, and the property itself is elegant, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. The main breakfast attendant went above and beyond every morning, offering warm, attentive service that made us feel truly cared for. The receptionist was incredibly helpful as well—they assisted us in booking a horseback riding experience, which turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. "They accomodated our last minute booking and were very friendly. Everything was nice and clean but a bit flimsy like a squeaky door. It also was too hot, maybe from the towel warmer. A free bottle of wine after our stay was a nice touch."
