"Great hotel. Good buffet breakfast and the staff were friendly and replenished the food very quickly. Rooms were cleaned everyday and towels replaced daily. Cleaning was of a high standard. In a quiet area, overlooking the marina. Buses were a bit difficult and the one to go downtown didn't run at weekends. There was an alternative if you know your bus routes. Took a bit longer though to city centre. Had a problem with the fridge in the room, and they sorted with a new fridge within 10 minutes of reporting it. Check in staff were friendly, helpful, and respectful, with the exception of a male receptionist. Happy to look after our luggage on check out as we were on a night flight. They even offered us an 3 hour extension of our room. Very much appreciated. Didn't like the look of the pool, and spa pool. Looked a little grubby. Overall, I would be more than happy to return to hotel."

"This hotel is great! The staff is friendly and helpful. I was a little disappointed when I arrived in the parking lot because the structure looked very dated. But as I got the keys to our room and we went inside I was so pleasantly surprised. The room is clean, comfy, and very relaxing! Thank you for a wonderful stay."
