Great property for a visit to Fatima

Wonderful stay! The staff were always friendly, courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a variety of options for everyone. Our suite was spacious and comfortable, also had a beautiful balcony and view of the entrance to the Fatima Sanctuary which is about a 7 minute walk. The bus depot is right next door. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you Vanessa, Pedro, Jessica, Clara and all the dining room staff.

This hotel fulfilled all our expectations and we really enjoyed our stay there. The location is ideal, walking distance from the sanctuary of Fatima and their facilities are in a perfect condition. The breakfast and service was really good as well, therefore we would gladly recommend them.

Asked receptionist to place medicine in a refrigerator as well as ice pack in the freezer...she was wonderfully helpfull!!!

Super clean. Very friendly staff -ask them anything they will help you. Don’t buy water- you can ask for extra bottles of natural water and they will bring to the room. There will is robes and slippers in the room. There’s a small safe and a mini fridge/bar. Rooms are cleaned daily. Breakfast is excellent - it is worth including in your ticket- better than outside breakfast ( local pastries, honeycomb honey, fresh jams, fruit, bread and pastries - very good. Pilgrim hotel, the purpose is sleep in a clean and safe place, but Fatima is a place to pray

It sounded like there was construction or renovation work going on late in the evening. We kept hearing loud banging noises on the floor above us. Other than that, everything was going well. The staff yvery accommodating. Thank you.

Nothing to dislike! Great hotel and staff. Great location...only one block from th bus station and 2 blocks from the shrine. Great breakfast. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious with great service. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is within easy walking distance to the Sanctuary. The rooms are excellent. Plenty of parking available. The complimentary breakfast is good; but, the server is very surly. She got upset when I told her the coffee pot was empty and wouldn't speak to me again.

Staff are helpful and accommodating. the location is accessible to places we wanted to visit and transportation. We only spent one night, no time to notice our dislike to the property or the staff as they are very professional and attentive.
