"The valet parking guys were awesome as was our house keeper. Amenities were lacking. Several days were hard to find food. Although we were in a really bad storm. I understand the staff was overwhelmed also. Very disappointing about the weather for almost our whole trip. And it was supposed to be a trip of a lifetime. 😭😩"

"We always choose Holiday Inn Express any chance we get, we loved the complementary breakfast! The hot tub sadly was not working, so it was just a 2nd heatless pool. But going to the beach was good enough for us, the location is great for what our trip was for and the property looks nice and its clean. "Hotel needs a revamp. Gym is very small and outdated, rooms are old. It works for a place to sleep on the strip, but if you like the finer details like nice bedding, quiet rooms, modern bathrooms, then you’ll want to look elsewhere."
