I have lived in four continents and traveled the world over. This hotel is a hidden jewel for northern Thailand.
Beautiful, authentic, full of charm, hotel.
Great architecture, room design and decoration, from the hand carved wooden doors to the very large and fully stocked bathrooms with jacuzzies.
The staff is incredibly polite, respectful and helpful.
I fully recommend the hotel.

Decent location with a peaceful vibe. I did not find this to be an overly social hostel but rather a nice place to stay for people who appreciate serenity.

One of the best in the area. A bit of a walking distance to yaowarat .about 7minutes. Just a minute or two to hua lamphong railway station. And MRT is also within minutes. The breakfast is simple but very good. Their coffee could improve. For the price i think its best. Ive stayed at royal and shanghai in the past. This hotel is quiet without THE group tourists if you know what i mean. So you can sleep at night without making calls to lobby for complaints every morning and nights

Service: 5/5
Service was great. There was someone to greet us and open the door to our car as we pulled up even at 2am. Super helpful and never gave the impression that they expected tips.
Room: 4/5
It was good, but there were a few small details that kept it from being great. The bathroom was nice, but there wasn't a great place for hand towels and the door wouldn't latch shut without locking it. There was also a raised threshold to the bathroom that was very hard that I hit my foot on...

I love the whole Chinatown vibe. The staff is very nice, and my room very clean. I will return to stay here again.

Older hotel that look to be recently renovated. room was simple and comfortable. Had adequate air conditioning. Staff was extremely gracious and helpful. Hotel is in a good location, right next to Bo Bae Tower, a landmark that every taxi and tuk tuk knows, which was very helpful. Not too far from most tourist sites, but in a quiet, local thai neighborhood right on the canals. For the price it was definitely 5 stars.

The property sits in a quiet, residential neighborhood right on a canal. About a 20 minute walk to Chinatown and a 25 minute walk to Khaosan Road. It's about a 5 minute walk to the bus stop which can take you to a BTS or MRT station. Plenty of eateries and small coffee shops plus a 7/11 in the area. 👍

My wife and I can not say how much we enjoyed this hotel!!
The entire staff was outstanding. The hotel is a what I will call Bangkok's best kept secret.
They do charge 500baht for the key deposit. but you get that back after checking out. The do have breakfast and it is as good as the rest of the hotel. For 200baht it fills you up.
The hotel is constantly clean, I mean everything is, even the hallways going to your room. The staff works hard and it shows in how much they care about the...
