"Loved our stay!! Hotel is in a great location where you can walk or take a grab for just a few mins ride to see main attractions. There’s also 7/11 right next door which was super convenient. There’s bunch of restaurants, massage and laundry places just across. "Shangri la was as luxurious and comfortable as we expected it to be, and more! Did not expect the mini bar items to be complimentary for the first time, that was a nice surprise. The staff were super accommodating to all of our requests. The pool is a nice escape from the hustle and bustle of busy Bangkok. The buffet had so many options and multiple cuisines, but maybe the food could be kept a little warmer. All other top hotels around have a dedicated ferry service for their guests to cross the river, so Shangrila should possibly look in to doing the same; especially a direct ferry to IconSiam would be very convenient and useful to guests."
