The place is retro chic the concept is very cute. There is no parking so you have to park a few blocks away and at night it just feels a little unsettling walking through streets your not familiar with. Calling the hotel questions weren't answered and they would hang up. The room did not have hot water had to take a cold shower which was not so great in the morning. The room was clean. No mini refrigerator, the wifi password did not work. Overall for a one night stay it was ok.

Hotel is bright and a little quirky. The door to our room was difficult and loud to shut. Always felt safe. I believe they have private parking, but it was full upon arrival so we had to find parking on the street which was a little difficult.

pleasant environment Good for the money A bit noisy but not a major problem safe place situated right in the plaza and lot so restaurant and places to visit taxi from and to the airport can be arrange for 10 US dollars if you call ahead to make arrangement. A guy and his wife will pick you up and drop you off. be nice and give 15 to 20 dollars. the guys at the airport gonna ask for 35 to 40 dollars but bargain for 20

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and really enjoyed it. They have an arcade and a bar downstairs as well as food stands inside and outside... my room was right next to the stairs and i had no issues with noise downstairs.. my only complaint would be the lack of water pressure in the shower and the sink.. i did notice someone elses hair on the pillows in the bed. The hotel is a botique hotel and seems to have just been purchased.. the hotel has a ton of potential and if your fine with over looking small things then this hotel could easily take off to become an amazing spot. I would stay here again. The location is absolutely amazing! Walking distance to everything.

I really truly wanted to love this hotel because of its design but it was very lacking. First, my room was not clean when I checked in the first night. There were large food crumbs on the floor and the room furniture. The decorations in the room had Burlington tags with prices still on them. The carpet and chair in the room were dirty. The blanket on the bed stank and had stains on it, as if it hadn't been washed. There were 2 LIVE baby lizards in the room, and a cobweb on the light fixture. There was also no water pressure OR HOT WATER in the shower. Honestly, it seems as if they have no cleaning staff, and if they do, they just don't really care to clean properly. While the decorations of the overall hotel are nice, because of the whole POP ART aspect to it, the hotel is grimey. They do have several food options which we enjoyed. Also, the hotel staff was very kind. After checking in, I asked the front desk employee to call me if any rooms opened up for the following day/night (4th of July). I was called at midnight by one of the staff, who had been made aware of my request and told me a room had opened up and if I wanted to pay a discounted fare, I could book it on Expedia again (like I did my first night). My only problem with the staff was with their lack of communication, when an employee opened my door telling me it was time to check out when I had booked the room for a 2nd night. Apparently, the employees had not talked amongst themselves and there was a miscommunica

The room was clean. The air conditioner was good. I suggest to add a trash can in the room and also a mini fridge. But other than that, the hotel is in a great location. Check in and check out is easy and simple. There is no parking for the guests. The shared parking with another hotel is really small and it was full.
