Very clean, spacious and the amenities and location was ideal. Lots of walkable restaurants and shops, and the short walk to the pier was fantastic. "My husband was having surgery at Mayo Clinic and we needed a place to stay near by. It was clean and comfortable, and close by. The only negative was the major road construction that obstructed the entrance of the building the entire stay. And at one point the water was even turned off due to the construction. I was told that the owners were notified and I feel that this should have been communicated to us. We would stay again, if there was no construction."

"We loved staying at this place… waking up with the sun and going to the pool, beach and playing tennis in the cloudy days. The apartment was beautifully furnished and equipped with everything we needed… clean, white sheets, extra blankets for the cooler days, beautiful kitchen, dishwasher, washer and drier and an electric grill…The unit had games for the kids and is close the the Aligator Farm and the St. Augustine center with the amazing historic places, night life and… the ice cream… I wish I...

"The entryway and doors are dingy? But, as the door opens the sight is delightful. The condo has been updated and is very attractive. It is located right on the beach with an unimpeded view of the ocean. The sliding doors to the deck and the second set that seals the deck from the weather are filthy and need maintenance. The beach furniture provided was very old and all but 1 chair and the only umbrella were broken or rusted shut. This is unacceptable as new chairs and a 2nd umbrella are not...
