Best if you have a car since there is free parking below the train station and you’ll need to take the cable car into the old city. Breakfast is fair and available daily. A lovely B&B just outside town. Free Parking and Wi-Fi. Our room was a nice size, as was the bathroom, and had everything we needed. We also had a balcony with a lovely view of the countryside. Our hostess, Isabella, was delightful. She gave us restaurant recommendations and information on visiting the city. Our experience at Michelangeli's B & B in Orvieto was exceptional! We stayed almost 2 weeks and never had a complaint. We found the room rate reasonable. Francesca, the owner, was kind and helpful but also gave us our privacy. Despite her broken English (and our broken Italian), we managed to communicate. The room was spacious and the bathroom especially had a large shower. When we arrived a sign on the door directed us to the coffee shop next-door, and a nice young lady took us upstairs to our room. Excellent property. The resort is located on what appears to be a farm or in a farm area. We stayed for 4 nights and loved nearly everything.
