"If you looking for a low price comfortable place to stay. This is place. Nice quiet, the bed was comfortable, the handicap restroom was roomy with a roll in shower, which my husband used ( he is disabled) he loved it. The staff were great , very helpful. "

Also i arrived into Bmnt several hours earlier than check-in time, stopped at motel 1st (via Uber) to attempt to atleast drop my baggage off, so i didnt have to take it to a local hospital (for a visit). Had to wait about 30 mins for them to clean the room and was allowed to go ahead and check-in 2.5 hours prior to scheduled check-in. Ms. Office Lady (sorry, i didnt catch your name), your AWESOME and i REALLY APPRECIATE the early check-in! I will definitely keep...

"The motel was a value motel, so keep in mind that you get what you pay for. But the sound of I-10 was my constant companion. Also, the flow rate on the shower was miserably bad. Like, the massage setting barely washes soap off of you bad. But the desk clerk was friendly and prompt. The motel was clean and appeared free of insects and pests. You get what you pay for. And in this case, I'd say that I probably got better than I pad for."

"It was a very nice place to stay for the property, we were very impressed and pleased to stay here. Check in was super convenient as we got to the property late so no one was in the office. The only problem we had was that there were flies coming from somewhere. We would take care of the ones we saw and then there would be more, so I’m unsure of how they got in. Overall great stay. "

"Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. The AC/heater is as noisy as a vacuum machine near your head. The door cannot be tightly closed, so wind can blow inside of the room. The wifi signal is nearly zero, although they told you it is 100M. The attitude of the staff is also horrible. They will yell at you when you request things. "

"Great place to stay super relaxing"

"This is a nice place for a relaxing fishing trip. Not too far from amenities (grocery store, restaurants) in Port Arthur, and there is a little grocery bait store a mile or two down the road (with live shrimp!). The pier is long and we caught a nice variety of fish. Good space under the house to stay out of the sun, cook and enjoy the breeze."
