Unclean, messy, and smelled

The hallways and outside were dirty and smelled. Room was basic and clean, but in general I would not use this hotel again.

The toilet wouldn't flush very unsanitary I would like a refund or something my daughter called them for her room they showed up stood in the bathroom and walked out and said it's fixed I had to use the ice bucket to pour water in to get it to was down

Great place to stay!

We’ve stayed at this location over the last two weekends as we traveled back and forth across the country. We love Motel 6 for an affordable, comfortable, convenient place to stay on travel days with our two dogs. We love that pets stay for free. The staff was amazing and friendly, Brandie at the front desk was very personable and helpful during both stays. This will definitely be a repeat for future travels.

The worst.

Terrible stay, beds were lumpy and uncomfortable, AC was noisy, room was musty smelling, power went out at 3 in the morning and never came back on, we had to use our phone lights to shower in the morning, no one was at the desk for checkout only a box to drop off key cards. Never staying here again.

Great stay

The room was exceptionally clean. The bed was very hard and I had a hard time getting comfortable with my bad back. But that was my fault, not the bed's. The only thing I noticed needing fixed was a piece of floor molding that was away from the wall on the floor behind the far bed. Otherwise, the room was excellent. Will definitely stay there again.

It was just what I expected for an older property. But the rooms were clean and the a/c was cold! . Management was friendly and accommodating. Needed a room due to no electricity at home because of hurricane Beryl.

AC/heat unit in room sounded like a jet constantly, linens had holes in them. This was after we changed rooms from a nasty smelly smoking room to a lesser one and this stay actually cost more than the previous places we stayed at in much better conditions. Very confused at how the ratings were so high. I will follow up with a formal complaint to Motel 6 when we return home to the NW.

Check-in was quick and easy and the desk clerk was super sweet. The room was clean and neat. The only problem I had with the room was the bed. It was super soft which was a nightmare on my back and every tiny movement made it sway.

To begin with I made the reservation online for a king for what I thought was the same night. When I checked in I was advised because it was after midnight (2 am) when I made the reservation the Expedia website made it for the next night. There was no king room available and I had to pay $15 more for 2 queen beds. For what the reservation ended up costing we couldve stayed at a nicer facility. Being so late I was too tired to argue. I did argue the request to pay for an additional night. I told the clerk he could collect from Expedia for the night. We tried to sleep in a little bit the next morning and there were people living there with a barking dog. Upon us leaving there was an unsightly woman walking the dog. Talked and talked to me about nothing until I finally had to be rude and walk off from her. The bed was hard as a board. No in room coffee. No tissues on the holder.

The first room we got was very damp and moldy. They did accommodate to another room which was less damp and less mold. However, it was visibly not cleaned after the last stay before us. There was someone’s take out box in the microwave and a dirty washrag in the bathroom.

No frills, but good rest stop

I had concerns about the Check-in process ....seems ripe for ID Theft.. would've been better to pay in advance on the website. Quality is no frills, but adequate for a night's rest. A/C worked, but the climate there is very humid, which filters into the room just a bit since doors open to outside. Parking lot lights are bright and can creep in a little around the curtains. They had washer & dryer available. Rooms had a small table & 2 chairs to eat at, small fridge, mini-microwave. Good restaurants not far. Pro Tip: I always bring a fan to drown out noise.

Baseboard fell away from wall and dirt continuall fell out. No coffee. No kleenex. Cheap worn towels. Bad mattresses no bathtub stopper. Never again!! Saving grace was nice girl who checked us in. So dirty your feet turned black walking across floor. Mold and dirt behind bathroom door. Electric sockets next to bed didnt work.
