"We had a great stay over the weekend. The staff were all very nice, friendly, and accommodating from start to finish. The rooms were very clean and well maintained, which made our stay comfortable and relaxing. We also used the spa and massage services, and the staff there were excellent and welcoming. The gym and pool areas were clean and well kept as well. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we would definitely consider staying here again."

"My boyfriend and I booked a last-minute staycation in Niagara Falls and chose Victoria Hotel and Suites, one of our longtime favourites. We booked through Expedia and had no issues with the reservation. Check-in was smooth, and William at the front desk was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. The hotel is clean, well organized, and the newly renovated rooms are beautiful. Great amenities, including a pool, and an excellent location near Clifton Hill and the Falls. Highly recommend for a comfortable and convenient stay. "
