"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room and service were both fantastic as was the location. Would highly recommend."

"Wow! Great hotel with personalized service. Staff is wonderful! Centrally located in old Quebec! Make sure to get drinks at Bijou, Andrew is quite the mixologist!"

"Long uneven hallways to room. Not a good bonus"

"This apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. The owners were very responsive to our questions. The location was within walking distance of the grocery store and restaurants."

"Room was amazing with perfect view. Staff was really helpful and friendly, thank you for that. Its a perfect spot only 2 minutes away from Old Quebec."

"I use a scooter and they have a ramp going into the hotel and up into the lobby to the registration/concierge desk. That was a very important Amenity for me. We received great recommendations for places to eat. The hotel is within walking distance of so many things that we were interested in seeing and they have a very large lobby with very comfortable seating arrangements. Overall, excellent!!"

"Great location with most attractions all within walking distance. Virtual check-in/out process was very smooth and the room is super new and clean!"

"Close to train station (6-7 mins walk) and about 15 mins to get to Vieux Quebec"

"Tout était parfait, sauf que lorsque nous sommes arrivés dans la chambre 103 (4h plus tôt que le check-in habituel, ca c'était vraiment génial), le plancher de la salle de bain était très graisseux et glissant c'était pas super. Le seul autre point négatif était que nous ne pouvions pas ouvrir les fenêtres pour aérer un peu et que l'insonorisation était pas super, mais cela n'a pas affecté notre séjour tant que cela. Le personnel etait gentil tout était propre. je dois dire une mention spéciale...

"Ran out of toilet paper, had to request 2 times to get it. Advised staff, TV works sometimes but often it did not work. A staff member took a look at it but said did not know how to operate. Said they would have someone come in to help with tv. Never came to check it out."

"This is a charming inn that is in an excellent location in Old Quebec. The staff was the highlight, friendly and helpful at all times. We will definitely recommend it to others."

"Sleek and cozy at the same time. Great location for exploring the old city! Staff was super helpful and the valets didn't hesitate to help when I needed things from my car."

"Magnifique, chaleureux, confortable et très bien situé"

"Best location in old Quebec City. Spacious room with updated amenities. Hotel staff were very friendly. They answered all our questions with enthusiasm, helped carrying our luggage to our room and arranged a quiet room for our work related call. We will definitely come back!"

"Très bel endroit très confortable. Il manquait seulement du café pour le matin."
