"My room was up-to-date and well-maintained, with generous space. I barely heard voices from the hall and never heard the plumbing from next door or upstairs. I’ve stayed in European hotels that were more expensive, one-third the size, and that needed work. The Sainte-Antoine puts them to shame.
The staff is great. Most are pretty young, with good English, but more importantly were very helpful and obliging. I felt treated as a guest, not just another American tourist. Thank you.

The hotel accommodated an early arrival and had our room ready for us hours before check in! Julien at the front desk was so friendly and Alain who took our car for valet was also great.

"We spent two nights at the Hotel Port Royal while visiting Quebec City. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. You can easily walk to many sights, shops and restaurants. We ate breakfast both mornings at the hotel, and the food was delicious and the service was excellent. I wish we had eaten lunch or dinner there. We had a large, beautiful room with a very large bathroom. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly. A special shout-out to Mathilda...
"Love the staff very polite and helpful, Ethan helped us check in. Hotel room is super clean while providing us the boutique feel, super close to all the attractions but because it's located in a quite small street so the night was quiet when sleeping! The girl in the morning is also super helful! Gotta mention the bed is the MOST COMFORTABLE ONE I slept in between all the hotels we stayed during the trip! Hotel Acadia will be our first choice whenever we go back to Quebec city! "
