"Hotel is beautiful and in line with Olde Naples, Staff is excellent, amenities are very good. There are some start up issues, HVAC goes off line often and requires a maintence person to reset (goes off line when you open slider but does not reset when closed). Bar and restaurant areas are excellent and location is stellar. Highly recommend"

"Our stay was amazing!!! The staff was very nice and they upgraded our room. The room was excellent, beautiful with its own patio. Nice free breakfast and they have free delicious snacks and drinks at 4-5pm. Staying at this hotel made our trip the best thing. Thank you so much!"

I went online and there was a lot that I could book for the next day. What I wish you would've said would be check in the AM to find out if you could do a late check out, cause I only wanted an hour later or was willing to pay. So this experience compared to other places I've stayed, it's just to tell me that you're fully booked when...
