"My group and I had perhaps the best hotel experience we’ve ever had at The Devonian. I cannot say enough good words about how welcoming, friendly and helpful the staff (owner?) was. From arriving early morning and being able to put our bags in one of the rooms despite check in being hours later, to providing really helpful advice on navigating the bus strikes, just utterly exemplary. The hotel itself was beautiful, well kept, spotlessly clean and comfortable. I can’t fault it and would return without question if we ever go back to the Isle of Man. "

"We had a very pleasant one night stay in Douglas at The Claremont Hotel. Booking two rooms. We arrived early and were able to store our luggage at reception prior to check in. We parked our car over the road with free parking. The ocean view room was beautifully clean & tidy. The king bed was super comfy and spacious. We had a family dinner in the hotel, which was outstanding. Karen who served us was very professional, respectful and attentive. It really made our stay in Isle of Man a memorable one. Highly recommend. "
