" Visited for a weekend break! Could not have been better. Location, people, service, surroundings…just visit. And of course…the spa..the only thing I can say is that I don’t have enough words to describe how happy I am with my choice.."

"The property itself was beautiful, reception very helpful & dogs made extremely welcome, however we were kept awake by both road noise & other guests unfortunately. And as for breakfast, allow plenty of time for the disorganised effort. Such a shame as they can't be faulted on room presentation & dog bowls & towels for them was a lovely touch. "

"The apartment itself was very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable, with little to no outside noise to disrupt sleep. Reception isn’t open on weekends but there was great communication from staff giving me information of how to access anything I needed. It’s a walkable distance into the town centre, Castle and Cardiff Central station, therefore offering places nearby to get any food, shopping etc. "

"Really lovely comfortable bed, nice bathroom, fast running and hot bath, but toilet roll fell on the floor every time due to faulty holder, very bad signposting of rooms, both from reception and particularly from main hotel, could still be there wandering the corridors if we hadn’t come across a staff member, didn’t try breakfast, staff were good. Facilities for kids in the main hotel were fantastic at half term, very family friendly, reasonably priced alternative to the large main hotel"
