Pontos negativos: o ar condicionado estava pingando dentro do quarto e a água do chuveiro saía com um cheiro não muito agradável.

"Já é minha terceira vez hospedado no Ravenala. Equipe super atenciosa e a conveniência de realmente ser um hotel categoria pé na areia. A piscina é quentinha, a comida é boa. Inclusive, no dia de ir embora, meu voo foi cancelado e remarcado para a madrugada e eles disseram que eu poderia ficar no quarto até mais tarde, sem problemas. Isso não se vê hoje em dia por ai!"
