"Excellent hotel, very good breakfast, all staff were kind and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and has a nice pool. The only thing that was a safety concern to us is that there is no traffic lights to cross the street in front of the hotel and not all cars stop at the same time. We were crossing when the cars stopped, but a motorcycle didn't stop and almost hit us. It is not the hotel fault, but they should defenitely bring this concern to the city as it affects the hotel guests."

"This little hotel has 2 pools and is nice, cozy, conveniently located. Beds were comfortable. My main complaints were staff not cleaning our room, even after requesting it and leaving our key at reception as required. Our friends had water pouring in through bathroom ceiling in their room after a heavy rain. Hotel did nothing about it. Loved the breakfast. So good! "

"Staff were so nice and friendly! They helped me with everything including helping me contact tour guides, helping me find fun things to do, and helping me find transportation. They also allowed me to have a late checkout. The breakfast buffet was delicious!!"

"Well located and pleasant pool area. However, it is lacking fundamental aspects to qualify for a better rating than 2/3 stars. Worst breakfast we ever had! Mold in the shower of our bathroom. Partly missing linen for 2/3 beds."

"O hotel tem uma ótima localização perto de tudo, mas vou pontuar alguns pontos negativos. Nos colocaram em uma parte do hotel que era muito umida e estava passando por reforma então não dava para descansar até mais tarde. Acho que eles usam produtos no travesseiro porque o cheiro estava insuportável não conseguimos usá-los.E um cheiro muito estranho no quarto. No primeiro dia que chegamos so recebemos a chave do quarto ninguém nos acompanhou até o quarto, ficamos parecendo baratas tontas para achar nossa acomodação. Já havia ficado hospedada em 2021 e era bem diferente, os funcionários eram solícitos o café da manhã tinha mais opções, tinha como pedir tapioca entre outros. Não gostei muito do ambiente de agora, talvez não queira me hospedar lá da próxima vez."
