"As I showed to the person of the reception (and he agreed), your bed was a nightmare. Thin and over used over a bed base with woods pointing up. I had to try to avoid the contact of those woods with my bones to try to sleep. Paid usd 100 just for a sleep after a late night flight but I couldn’t rest at all. I want my money back. "
