"We had a lovely 5 night stay in the Hilton Berlin. The location of the hotel was excellent for walking around the city and the metro station was across the street. We had some trouble with the door lock but the front desk and maintenance personnel worked hard to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. I would definitely stay here again if I am back in Berlin."
