"We had a lovely stay. Wonderful hotel, great facilities. Hotel staff were mostly great, but had a bad interaction with one of the night managers. We had late night food at the cafe . When we went to the till to pay the bill, the night manager was on his mobile phone and continued to use it right up to the point of us being in front of him. He did not seem interested in attending to us personally. Instead of dealing with our bill, he called across one of his subordinates who was actually cleaning somewhere else to process the bill and stepped back and watched the transaction.
