"Have been staying at this location for years! It is only rated as a 3star hotel. But there are others in the same street with the same rating. Stayed with them also. But they be a 3 star then the royal view easily be a 4 star. Of course others might disagree. But rooms are spacious Bathroom is with a tub. "Location right outside pratunam market, many shopping options. There are also many 7-eleven, eateries, cafes and street food around. It rained during our stay and managed to borrow umbrellas from the hotel staff. The breakfast buffet is basic - Thai cuisine, pancakes, bread, salad, fruits etc. Unfortunately, the cleaniness of our room can be improved. Our room toilet sink has a lot of ants and seems to be hidding inside the gaps between the sink and counter top. No room slippers provided, but...
