"Used this hotel as a BKK staging place. It turned out to be a great location and I really liked the hotel. Everything was easy. Great dining options at the mall across the street. They hailed a taxi very quick the day we left for BKK. Hotel is a bit dated but great value. When I say dated I just mean the decor and general feeling. The hotel was clean and was a great value. I liked the location as well. I will stay here again when arriving or leaving Bangkok when there is a need."

"Terrible. DO NOT STAY HERE. Rats in the hallways. Elevator didn’t work and had to carry bags up and down 6 flights of stairs. Pool was disgusting I left before I stayed the night and relocated to another hotel, the hotel would not refund our money. So now I have to contact the bank. Terrible experience!!!"
