"Literally could not have anything more positive to say. From booking to check out Danny was an amazing host! Outside of the place itself he gave us amazing recommendations for food, tours, etc. The neighborhood is somewhat "sleepy" but was great for what we wanted. A SHORT walk to the beach and a few restaurants. about a 45 minute drive to the airport (beware of certain traffic days/times) The home was perfect for our girls trip. Kept clean and well stocked with whatever we needed including a bit of delicious coffee to get us started. We paid for the hot tub to be heated in the evening and it was very heated (think hot!). I would rent here again and any of Danny's properties though I can't think of a reason to head to Buffalo in the winter :)"

"The multiple keys and garage door entry is confusing at 1st but the place is perfect for a family with bigger kids (teens/young adults) the pool is very nice and close its a minute walk. The beach is very micr as well its about a 7 minute walk but if you are spending day at beach with kids and going with a cooler or chairs you may want to do the 1 minute deive and park there. Doordash easily arrived to area which was great considering 1st day of travel we wanted to eat wash up and rest. The Supermaxx is 24 hours and so is the walgreens in the area. Beds are clean and comfortable...and host really provides all essentials for you to be able to enjoy the space. The host also responds very quickly to any inquiry. "

"Visited in last week of December 2025. Mark was very helpful and quick to respond. The location is amazing. Great view of the ocean. The property is part of Aquarius resort and has access to the pool and jacuzzi. The room was clean and had microwave and refrigerator and plates cups etc, which was very useful. Definitely recommend this property..."

"Beautiful Beach and restaurants right across the street! Clean property with all functioning amenities. Kind of complicated to gain access to and check out, as well as getting a parking pass. Didn't ruin our trip though! Great location great little townhouse"
