Beautiful and by the Beach - as Affordable as it Gets!

"The directions that Hector provides are spot on and took us directly to the spot. We walked in and my first thought was how warm it was inside there, but the AC units really really kept every room VERY comfortable. The location to the beach is great, it is just a short walk through the gated community and then directly across the street. We spent a lot of time there and enjoyed the sunset each night. The unit had everything we needed to be comfortable from bedding, toiletries, cookware, a washer and dryer, and cleaning materials. We all enjoyed resting after our long days in San Juan on the back patio under the fan. It was so beautiful. The kids loved the hammock and swing chair especially. Dorado is the perfect location to be away from the busyness of San Juan yet close enough to spend the day there exploring. We felt very safe there with our 2 grown children and 1 minor daughter. We hope we will be able to come again one day. We would absolutely recommend staying here. Hector was very responsive to my texts and helped answer some of our questions about various possible tours. Thanks again for everything!"

"The pictures posted did not do the property justice!! Everything was so much more!! Inside and outside . . . very, very clean and well kept. The hosts were a phone call away and available if needed, they were very responsive to texts and calls!! Would definitely stay here again and have even referred the property to others wanting to visit the area. "
"Convenient location, and fabulous time. Property has 24-hour security that drives around the gated community. Check-in/out instructions were easy to follow. Upon arrival we were a bit confused about which gate to drive through. However, once we figured it out, entering and exiting the property was simple."

"Overall very nice. Property is a nice little oasis in a residential area. Property was clean and comfortable. Owner was communicative and helpful. Coffee and sugar were waiting. AC in bedrooms were frosty. Excellent. As noted in description, there are chickens and cats and whatnot roaming the neighborhood as well as the occasional cute lizard here and there. As noted, bars and beaches are within walking distance. Woul definitely stay here again!"

"The home offered a fantastic experience. The kitchen was small but we only used the refrigerator and microwave and both were high quality and perfect for our stay. The indoor and outdoor spaces were really nice and allowed for ample space for gathering and hanging out. The bedrooms were nice with comfortable beds, individual cooling units and acces to a balcony. The only downside is the multitude of stairs for some bedrooms. This was really a problem during checking in and out with heavy suitcases. If mobility is a concern, please reconsider. Overall the home was a great option for my trip and I would stay again. "
