Loved the art in the area and the lively streets of Loíza. Walking distance from the beach and all of the food spots and bars. 7 minute drive from viejo San Juan. Will stay book again next visit! "

"What an amazing property Coqui del Mar is. Hotel is overall well kept. We stayed at their biggest room, Orange Room, which has a HUGE kitchen, living room, and cute little bathroom. The property is generally well kept, although some areas started to show its age and could use refreshing, i.e. shower in the bathroom, appliances in the kitchen, plants around properties that are not well trimmed, outdoor furniture and turf around hot tub that started to show its age. Reserved parking stall was handy. You have to be a good communicator with the property owner to have the best experience."
