"There is construction on both sides of the property. It is loud from 6 am to 8 pm every day. Really, really loud. It is close to the beach and the unit had beach chairs and a cooler which was nice. The beds were good. The property manager seemed to screw up frequently - our check in process was a nightmare and it seemed others had similar problems. He was MIA and didn’t respond to questions. "Our family enjoyed our stay at this condo overlooking the beach. Pool and beach both easy access and security good. Within walking distance to many restaurants and groceries (Walgreens across street but also easy drive to airport and downtown San Juan. Host provides most of necessities including beach chairs, towels, toys."
